We stand for positive change. That means we seek avenues of progress and replace antiquated industry norms with new methods that improve results for companies, customers, and employees. We believe in the power of relationships and empathy, and that people should do business with people they trust.

Our clients are bold and so are we. We believe the building industry improves when good companies raise the bar on the customer, vendor, and employee experience. We believe in the power of radical transparency to empower companies and employees to make better decisions about who to hire and where to work. We believe in industry involvement and giving without strings attached.

Senior Consultant, John Livingston

As a Senior Consultant with Well Built Construction Consulting, I bring a wealth of experience and relationships to our team. Building trusting relationships has been the basis of my success as an estimator, project manager, and business development executive for subcontracting and general contracting companies in the Washington, DC and Baltimore markets for over 40 years. Many of those relationships will last far beyond my working years.

I joined Well Built to be a part of a positive movement in the way the building industry functions and to help construction companies grow and prosper. I enjoy working with forward thinking people and the thrill of discovering new opportunities for success.

I live with Debbie, my wife, in the Annapolis area, where we are near family and the Chesapeake Bay. We love boating on the Bay, travel, and great food and wine.

Senior Consultant, Matt Verderamo

My dad built houses, which, from an early age, gave me a deep appreciation for the Construction industry and the people in it. When I joined the industry after college, I excelled as a Project Manager and Estimator for a specialty subcontractor, eventually reaching Vice President, Preconstruction & Sales at 28-years-old while also getting my Master’s Degree in Construction Management part-time from Purdue University. I was fortunate to learn not just how to run projects, but how to build teams, culture, and a profitable construction business.

I joined Well Built because I believe in the mission: We stand to create positive change in the building industry. Construction is hard! And the people in it are some of the hardest workers out there. They deserve to have a job they love going to every day, and at Well Built, I get the chance to help make that happen.

I am happily married to my wife, Maria. We do not have kids, but we do have a dog that may as well be one named Hobbes. In my free time, you can find me resting, reading, hiking, walking, running, meditating, or doing yoga. I'm a mission-driven person who loves talking strategy, leadership, and philosophy. I believe mutually beneficial relationships are the secret to a fulfilling life, and if you believe the same, then I hope you'll reach out and we can get to know each other.

Senior Consultant, Coty Fournier

I am a dynamic, inspirational leader with 30 years of complex design-build management and business development experience as both a corporate executive and entrepreneur in the commercial construction industry and related tech spaces. I lead by example with passion and an optimistic vision to consistently challenge the status quo, foster requisite change, and inspire high-performance cultures.

As a proven industry leader and motivational change agent, I am often tapped by construction companies and industry organizations for my exceptional training and talent development skills, business development expertise, and executive leadership advisory. As an insightful, thought- provoking management consultant, speaker and best-selling author — I am leaving a well-marked trail of differentiating strategies along the fast-track to success at the top of the construction management industry. I’ve chosen to work closely with the Well Built team as an extension of the consulting team to continue to drive change in the industry.

Consultant, Fulton Cure

Throughout my career, I’ve managed diverse projects, from custom homes to large-scale commercial and multifamily developments. My hands-on experience includes project management, site supervision, and quality control. Beyond construction, I find fulfillment in coaching and mentoring others. Whether it’s guiding a new team member or helping someone achieve their goals, I thrive on seeing others succeed.

I made the decision to join Well Built because I hold the same values and believe in our vision to make the building industry the best it can possibly be. Our commitment to quality, integrity, and client satisfaction aligns perfectly with my own principles. As I continue my professional journey, I look forward to both contributing to the construction industry and helping the next generation become leaders.  I believe that just as iron sharpens iron, our interactions with others shape us so I look forward to working with others every day.

I live with my wife, Caroline, in the small town of Celina, Texas about 40 miles north of Dallas. When I’m not working, you can usually find me outdoors in a hunting stand, a fishing boat, on a golf course, or at a concert with friends. I am also a sports fanatic and love to talk baseball and football, at both the college and professional level. Go Hogs!

Director of Operations, Erin Michaelides

Getting the best results for our clients relies on how good our internal team members, processes and strategies are. My expertise focuses on building a better and more profitable Well Built. I have been successful in implementing strategic initiatives for boutique professional services firms, building processes focused on client service and satisfaction, developing happy and extremely successful people and running daily operations with various teams at a young age. I'm grateful to have had a variety of experiences in my early 20s that allowed me to take on this executive-level position at Well Built.

I joined Well Built to be part of a movement of change in the building industry by building a team of wildly successful consultants, project managers and operational staff. My favorite part of each day is working, collaborating and building relationships with our team to get our clients the best results possible.

I live with my husband, Ruhley, and dog, Achilles, in the Baltimore County area. We love good food, good drink and good company, spending most of our time with the people we love most.

Project Manager, Olivia Post

With a rich background in environmental science and a passion for making a positive impact in the construction industry, I bring a unique blend of expertise to our team at Well Built.

Having previously worked with esteemed organizations such as the EPA, I have extensive experience in navigating the intricate landscape of environmental regulations and permitting processes, particularly in wastewater management and office of water initiatives. My contributions have not only ensured compliance but have also championed sustainable practices in construction projects.

In addition to my regulatory work, I am well-versed in preconstruction environmental assessments, including Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), as well as stream and wetland monitoring/delineations. My dedication to preserving natural habitats and adhering to the Endangered Species Act has earned me recognition for my meticulous attention to detail and commitment to environmental stewardship.

Beyond the professional realm, I find joy in exploring various interests and hobbies. Whether it's whipping up culinary delights in the kitchen, immersing myself in the vibrant energy of concerts, or enjoying a spirited game of kickball on the National Mall, I approach life with enthusiasm and zest.

Fueled by a passion for adventure and discovery, I am currently on a quest to visit all of the national parks in the United States, a testament to my love for nature and exploration.

As a Project Manager at Well Built, I bring not only my expertise and professionalism but also my genuine enthusiasm for building a better, more sustainable future for the construction industry.

Marketing Data Associate, Brandon Sodenkamp

My dad did sheet metal, both of my grandfathers were general contractors, my uncle did concrete, and now I spend weekends with my brother-in-law doing renovation work. Although my career path didn’t directly lead to construction, it took me through sales and marketing. After 7 years of personal and career development, I found Well Built. I bring a data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for building better internal systems to drive results. My diverse industry experience includes military contracting, healthcare, publishing, AI/machine learning software, and industrial recycling.

Well Built's vision for working with honest companies who do solid work but get pushed out by lesser competitors is a manifestation of core values upon which the company is founded. These core values are also fundamentally important to me personally. There is a sense of justice underpinning every fight to elevate our clients. In a world where dishonesty often prevails, our commitment to honesty, personal ownership, empathy, and pride in our work becomes increasingly valuable.

I live in rural Wyoming and love the sense of community that comes with a small town. When there is only one grocery store in town, you tend to run into folks you know often! I relish spending 15 minutes driving to the nearby national forest or visiting Flaming Gorge. I eagerly anticipate raising my three children with the same connection to the place I enjoy. Travel, nature, history, ecology, reading sci-fi/fantasy, and watching ghost hunter YouTube videos are just some of my eclectic fascinations.

Administrative Assistant, Nicole Norfolk

Bringing a diverse background to the role of Administrative Assistant, my experience spans customer service, marketing coordination, and administrative support. I joined Well Built because of their commitment to revolutionizing traditional practices through transparency and empathy. With a belief in continuous improvement and my passion for efficiency, I enjoy playing a part in Well Built’s vision of guiding great construction companies toward transformative growth.

Residing in Baltimore City with my fiancé, Matt, and our dogs, Cora and Persephone, I cherish daily walks through the park and quality time spent with friends.

I am passionate about coaching women in construction to develop themselves, set leadership goals, and get results. Since 2018, I have coached and trained over 1,000 construction professionals. Josh Luebker

Ever notice how construction management feels like a constant fire fight, going from one problem to the next but still feeling behind? I have, and I help with that. In my 10 years of experience in operations, contributing to over 150 projects ranging from $150,000 to $300,000,000, I distilled down what ultimately helps operation teams at the individual construction manager level become sustainably successful on their terms.

Construction professionals I work with are often anxiety-ridden from constantly bouncing project fire to project fire, stressed to the max balancing schedules they weren’t taught to manage, and not confident in their career trajectory with a lack of clarity on their developmental needs.

I work with teams and individuals to identify and put in place processes as guard rails to significantly alleviate the anxiety, learn to effortlessly hit schedule dates weeks in advance, and give clarity to strengths and weaknesses with plans to develop those areas.

I chose to become part of the Well Built extended team because I align with the way in which Well Built helps businesses become successful, ultimately strengthening the building industry through empowering individuals.

Mark Schindler

I have over 10 years of experience in startups and small businesses, focusing on product leadership, go-to-market strategy, and operations for B2B companies. At OrderUp (acquired by Grubhub), I managed nationwide delivery operations.

Now, as a consultant, I work with multiple companies in the construction and merchandising industries, guiding them through digital transformations. I ensure that their tech investments and internal processes align with business goals, streamline operations, and coach executives and project leaders. I hold a BA from Wesleyan University, an MEd from The College of William & Mary, and a certification in Analytic Techniques for Business from Duke University.
